This page sets out all the terms and policies governing use of the bbdk platform — including account, bonus, payment, and responsible gaming matters.
1 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the bbdk platform and its users. bbdk is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment services for players in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, cricket and football betting.
By creating an account or using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
bbdk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at bbdk and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years old. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. bbdk services are completely prohibited for minors.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, bbdk reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit the associated balances.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited or won funds. If your details change, you must notify the bbdk support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bbdk supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (same for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is needed or unusual activity is detected.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be delayed if information is incomplete or bonus conditions have not been fulfilled.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
For new players, bbdk offers a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each bonus offer may be used once only.
- A bonus may be usable only on specified games — check the conditions of each offer separately.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, bbdk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- bbdk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
bbdk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% respectively. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.
5 Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play
bbdk uses audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. We firmly believe in the fair play principle and ensure equal opportunity for every player.
5.2 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while using a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game session, the system will automatically revert to the last valid state. bbdk is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, but each case will be investigated honestly.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
- Using any software, bots, or automated tools is prohibited.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Cheating or defrauding other players is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offence.
6 Sports Betting
6.1 General Betting Policy
bbdk offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. Winnings are determined by the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted.
6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bets will be voided and the original stake will be refunded. For partially completed events, bbdk's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
A limit may apply to the combined winnings from a single bet or multiple bets. Contact our support team for information on limits for specific sports and markets.
7 Privacy & Data Protection
bbdk uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. Under our privacy policy, your information will not be sold or transferred to third parties, though it may be shared with relevant authorities to meet legal requirements.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 bbdk's Rights
bbdk may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Proven bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
8.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, unless the account is being terminated due to abuse or fraud.
